why don't you pay for 3 months and see how you like the extra features? Lots of information available in the premium boards and certainly enough good stuff to save/make up for the cost.
Plus Matt comes to your place once a month and cooks dinner for the whole family.
I get it for free because of my GF status, but your post just reminded me that it's worth the 110 Cdn for the amount of info/fun I get from the site, so I paid anyways. The bills must be paid.
