Not one word of truth in that entire post, DL. First, you have know way of knowing whether the SEC or FINRA has concluded the investigations. Indeed, you have no way of knowing how many other alphabet agencies are involved and exactly how much progress has been made in those investigations. FINRA is under no compunction to grant any company a 211 and, in fact, SPNG has not applied to any MM for a 211.

Time is marching on, DL; marching towards revocation where all investment will be instantly lost. Nothing can stop it except SPNG filing everything as demanded by law. IMO, that won't happen ...ever.
