I certainly am not in agreement that offor is trying to screw us, he has to make the best deal possible for himself, he has to tender like we do. but I do beleive that he has all the facts and the rest of us shareholders do not, so makes it a little easier for him to stomach, all the while erhc keeps quiet about our material events. the reason you have sec rules and regs is so that the companies who are supposed to put out timely and material information to the shareholders of any company this creates an orderly market so that all shareholders can make their own investing decisions more timely, not have to wait for months for results to be announced and then only to pushed out further and further. these are legal issues.
