apparently the old stock is going to be revoked and new shares reissued.

confirmation hearing scheduled from March 08 - March 19, 2010 with an emergence date around mid-April.

looks like the fat will be trimmed to the bone and nothing left for current common holders... if anything it will be very thin.

catch the dead cat bounce and wait for better times.
