Sorry but when the SEC puts out such a strong and wide warning in regards to a penny stock the chances of it going anywhere good are next to none. All one has to do is look at the SEC's history in regards to such warnings to see that they lead only one way.
It was not a minor warning about a single filing but a blanket warning on most everything the company has put out. The worst sign there is pretty much.
