heres a tip for all you junior investigators...forget about pouring over thousands of pages of sec rules,regulations and manuals...you will never remember most of it and what you think you do remember will probably be inaccurate...

and you will find rules that will seem to contradict other rules because they only apply to certain very specific situations...there are sec lawyers who deal with this stuff everyday who cannot agree on which rules apply when and how..lol
