ELLLK Thanks. I realise what it means. The question I was asking is who decides on the code to be used. Are they selected from a list promulgated by HIH or do the applicants make up their own. If the codes are selected from a list that NIH make available then the NIH must have already made the decision that NO EMBRYO DESTROYED would be ellible for funding.
