..so you are suggesting SPNG is able to file the re-audited 10K but they just aren't doing it? get real....

~!~ I'm not suggesting anything about spng. I was making point the second part of the post was...um, a suggestion on your part and not 'facts'.

My 'opinion' of spng is this current situation could go on for years IF someone who has billions of shares to unload a few millions at a time is doing so.

I also think some spng ceo's are wishing they filed a few years ago to de register to stop having to file with the sec. Non filing status.

I just don't have any 'facts' about stuff I do not know.
