imo, ZAAP may be a auto company to be "on the map" now, especially after teaming
up with China's largest electric meter maker as a 'backer'..

to target selling the electric cars to the CHINA people

that's when all the heavy buying started..

and with all the congestion in China citys, I think the small electric car would go over very well...
much like the Mexico City 60,000 taxi Volkswagen beetles, Germany VW's, etc...
