Fourkids, you are right: Dicon is a Gold mine. That SPNG acquired Dicon shows that their longterm strategy is, to conquer the markets outside the USA as well. Especially ASIA - which is though to penetrate - became an open window through the Dicon relations. Further and I think this is the most important fact: Dicon should be considered like a R & D company, which will serve SPNG well with products that are labeled "green" and "medical". I personally believe, that to underestimate Moskowitch could be the biggest mistake.
