1. Why did ACTC submit hESC lines at the last minute? Is it because they were advised to by NIH or someone else at senior level . 2. Was it because they have received the go ahead for trials from FDA 3. "NED" code.... where does this code come from. Was it inserted by NIH just for ACTC? The submission was added after the 30 days. Hmmm.
Most of the submissions to NIH are from institutions.
I have my own suspicions but will leave it to others to speculate.
