~!~ That is a complete contradiction. How would you know what is going on without the correct numbers... knowing about spng? Knowing about del gov website? It is possible to file your taxes but not PAY them. Asking for an extension would allow that, wouldn't it? Do you see anywhere where they PAID that tax except what that hourly person assumed because spng FILED.
Just another angle that could be assumed and or confusing.
