loanranger, yeah, she didn't seem to overjoyed at wanting to put a clarifying statement up there. It sure would clear up a lot of confusion. At least if you had a clarification, when you chatted with them, all you would have to do is ask how to get to the real numbers. Then they would tell you to submit a written request and pay a fee. Simply. Nope, I think they're job is to make it difficult. Maybe job security? lol.
