Yep OT, you've watched me post for over a year and SPNG has culminated this year with a grand finale of a Grey Market listing, SEC investigation, delinquent 10K and 10Q filings, class action lawsuits, delinquent Franchise Taxes due in DE, the list goes on and on..

All your marvelous DD and phone calls and you managed to wind up holding/owning a stock like SPNG...lol
