Augie, but we know exactly how those books are cooked, and while immoral IMTO, quite legal. They took a gargantuan loss few quarters back on inventories (did not show on "proforma" mind you, one of those "one time events"), and now are getting this back in a well organized fashion to engineer a slow but steady growth in earnings, that until the top line could show some real growth.
