I don't disagree with your count by PRs from company of share count. Or that Vianna and others have been told that.

I have never to date seen those share counts signed off by Computer Share or as of today Quicksilver. When they are Audited signed off as Pete Bezzano promisses. Then I'm OK with that and will accept.
