SPNG has been delinquent since 2008 so I would assume DE has contacted SPNG and asked them to pony up...DE might be in the process of booting SPNG as we speak...

The rumor of tax loss selling in regards to the recent higher than usual volume could/might be people in the know getting out before the end of the year because of DE revoking SPNG on Dec. 31st...
