Additionaly to addressing the Judge directly, I think your letter is a good starting point to elaborate a broader document of Objections to the approval of the Disclosure Statement.

For this purpose, I set a wiki at the following link:

There you can find the link to the document in progress, which initialy has your letter copied. You (we) are encouraged to edit, to add additional points and to enrich the document.

In order to edit he document, just select the Edit option on the top of the page or the Edit options available on every section heading. Please indicate a summary of your changes in the Summary box before saving your changes (it is also useful to preview the result before saving). It is advisable for you to create an account to login (simple registration) so it is easier to follow the authors.

A quick update on this board about new points added to the document should be advisable also.

Let's give a chance to this collaborative work. Some members of this board have already made good points against the Disclosure Statement, so just add it to the document in progress ifyou think it fits.

The resulting objections document could be used by the Alliance if finally useful, or as a complementary action to the ones taken by the Alliance. There is not much time available before the deadline of January the 5th.
