mick, do you understand exactly what ENCS is saying in this pr?

Encore Energy Systems (PINKSHEETS: ENCS) announced that it has completed a Letter of Intent to acquire the exclusive distribution rights to the proprietary H2One line of Hydrogen Injection Products.

They've completed an LOI. That's it. They COMPLETED an LOI.

Now the question is, will they deliver it? ( :

Btw, who is the exclusive distributor now?
