I understand where you are going with this and I see your point but its been Ron Pauls argument that if the federal reserve is a prive institution then it will have to abide by the accounting practices of private organization including audit........,but the artical shows in that comparison with exxon corporation ,its actually not a private institution .....and if its not then our Goverment is a Fascist goverment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fascism) and not a democratic goverment as we are led to believe.thats all..
