I'm not sure if any of you saw the structure of the new BB shell which is now called Elemental Protective (formerly a health care company) and has Baldwin and Trahan listed as directors on title,...
... but it has almost the same amount of outstanding shares as MEVT will, once mevt has completed their forward split....this will make the math much easier when figuring out how much mevt shares should be worth in comparison to the new BB company. Again, MEVT now owns approx 40% of that new company.

This was/is obviously a big part of the reason for the forward split.
