AERP always was an INSOLVENT little company signing contracts for advertising that were more than its gross sales.

Heck ... the aborted sponsorship of the #4 car cost them more than 2 years gross sales.

Bad management from the beginning.

The writing was always on the wall. In plain sight.
Some just chose to ignore it and blame Shorters ... LMAO
