You didn't ask me why the dividend was not paid you asked me to present supporting evidence as to why the DTC chill resrticition was put in place. I did that and then you changed gears.

I don't care why the dividend was not paid. ANVH is the one who said the dividend was fully funded and then refused to pay it.

And they are the ones who refused to answer why to their sharheolders. And NUEC was taken over by the same group of people.

So, why would you ask me to explain why ANVH refused to pay a dividend they said was fully funded and then refuse to explain the problem to their shareholder base?

I simply found out why the chill was put in place which is what you asked me to explain from the start here.
