If that were the case where is the dilution? Couldn't it be a private investor or even IR who is a contractor doing what IR people do, promoting the company?

I am still waiting for anyone, including you, to refute the NI report and the assets under the company control. At this point it really doesn't matter where the sp is because the company has independent confirmation of assets with more confirmation to come.
