The good news is that GSK is evidently satisfied that 100mg qD is the correct dose

I'm not sure if the 100 mg QD is the final dose as the other doses (10 mg to 90 mg QD) are still being tested in Phase 2 to complete the dose response curve. Apparently 100 mg QD showed similar response as 800 mg QD.
