What do you not understand about this. 150 + 200 = 350
They did not close on 150 and then ask for more. The closing needed to be done at one time for the entire 350. As per the PR, this contributed to the DELAYS on funding. How simple does it need to be. They have now funded and are closing 1-4. 5&6 will close early 2010 as originally planned
