agreed, rayman. i'm looking forward to subsequent reports from duff & phelps that may list all the current deals in the pipeline. the information appears to be getting out there, but their last cutoff was 6/09.
then again, perhaps when their next report is issued we'll have all the deals closed. if so, even better.
