AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION

Design and construction firm is contracted for Quasar Aerospace's Herlong Airport project.

Quasar Aerospace Industries Inc has engaged engineering/construction firm for the company's facilities at Herlong Airport in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dakota & Company has been chosen for both
its design firm and construction management firm for the multi-million dollar flight centre and corporate headquarters in Jacksonville. Dakota & Company will design and oversee construction of Quasar's flight centre and corporate offices.

The project will include a 14,000 square foot maintenance hangar and flight control office, a 7,500 square foot administration and flight school building and tie-down facilities for 25 aircraft. The development will be on a 3.5 acre parcel of land that will be leased from the Jacksonville Aviation Authority for 20 years.

Construction is expected to start in autumn of this year. Financial details of the contract were not reported.
