Weil is currently representing the debtors (creditors bondholders, noteholders etc) When the debts are paid, then Weil will be rep Equity, not until then. Weil is the manager, Quinn is the Litigator. we have a great team that has the ability to hold JPM/FDIC/FED etc.. heads over the fire..

Weil reps the estate. We are equity...the last part!
