Your Welcome, trying to do as much as possible for my fellow WAMUwers, because as of Wed, I will be on vacation until Jan 4th. I will have my laptop, but will refrain from hanging out on Ihub. Many events and thigs planned for the Holidays. In my readings, I have found that the formation of an equity committee protects the intersts of shareholders, because the other creditors are sometimes forced to take a haircut on their part. Also they will need to make concessions to get equity to sign-off on a deal.

I expect the bonds will go back down to the 80% mark after the EC is formed, we will see real soon.
