CYCC will need to raise some cash VERY soon whether its via PIPE or partnership they don't have the luxury of time any more - they dont have a huge burn but then again they dont have much net cash left either.
This is very true. Dilution risk is the biggest risk to the stock right now IMO. I've got a small position just because I believe the market cap is much too cheap. It will get cheaper if they can't find a partner and dilute soon of course. But, I'd rather have at least some position due to the chance of a partnership. If they dilute, I'll just add to my position as they should then have financing shored up to see sapacitabine through pivotal Phase 3 trials.
