stockstarts.net has actc listed as staging a turn around. What has happened to actc pps over the last couple of months is exactly as I had predicted. If you question it, you can check my post. But my point right now is, that the last time it did make it's turn around is exactly the same way it reacted last time. Check the charts on the run up earlier this year.
