the attorney friday said he felt equity was null in commons case. the judge felt otherwise. and after the court case a huge article came out that the UST was involved because their is sizeable equity and wamuq shareholders need to be protected. she may not rule yet but things are going to get fast and furious when discovery takes place or the "threat" thereof.
