the trustee is now involved and has said that there is considerable equity involved and shareholders should be represented. the judge friday said it in court that we need to bring in an equity committee. the lawyers are for the bondholders. the judge is for the shareholders. she is doing what the fdic should have done in the first place. took care to get the best price for shareholders instead of covering their own *sses!
