I do not currently own HQS, but it needs to be considered at these levels relative to valuation and upside. I am not certain it is done falling so an entry point would be of concern, but the balance sheet contains $5.81 a share in cash and working capital, is debt-free, and the highest EBITDA margins amongst its peers.
