I don't think so, if the preferred go up to 100$ this might go up to .40 or .50 cents, not much more!
I'm expecting the lawyers to drag this out until late next year but if they don't I'll be surprised, fact is no-one is really talking about it even now except a few small internet journals and a few investors.
Having an equity committee for commons will only delay things further, perhaps it will help in the long run but if the preferred don't get paid in-full we will be lucky to see 1$ on this stock.

That's all, it's clear that this could see big money however I don't see anything more then 2-4$ in case of settlement and a theoretical 23.50$ if everything goes perfect.
It's a lotto play, just play what you can afford to lose because in the end you might lose it all.
