The fact that the UST had to go to court is bad news for any game that Weil was trying to play. Perhaps thats why Rosen was so pissed off. Funny how he never lost his cool in 14 months of litigation with JPM/FDIC, but the little old UST and an EC got him so riled up....

This now means no settlement that would screw shareholders will be approved by Walrath. There will be a hearing on the EC, and if approved, that will be the best news ever.
