and the SFC has/had the abuiltiy to subpeona Megas if they wanted, but they are obviously glad to close this and make it go away.

I addressed that before..did you miss it...why would the SEC do anything else but revoke the stock and leave it at that considering how people want to obnoxiously defend there CEO and claim outrageous government conspiracies..you yourself claim the agencies are corrupt.

Why bother when the "ball is in Megas's court"...and he won't respond..nothing further is needed and you got your wish..and you have no one to blame but Megas...and it saves the agencies time money and effort..which translates into taxpayer savings that would be wasted on yet another worthless penny shell game.

As for SFC protocol..who are you to say??..the SFC can comment all they want..and they did..obviously to lot's more than me..as..Ummm Ohbull and crew...instead they would rather solict money that release what the SFC was commenting on to anyone that asked.
