lol :) you ain't kiddin, can't get much closer to the ground floor at this point, I remain optimistic and quite comfortable with my position in NEOM. At previuos times I was more impatient but better understand the work still to be done for this to achieve a goal I have set mentally. been in/out in '05 for small profit, back in in '06 and haven't sold any since only added to avg dwn, made the mistake twice and avg up but won't do that again. Only dwn <50% currently which with this one is nothing to loose sleep over or people should get out. may consider flipping 20% or so if we get a rise depending on if the reason is actual revenues or not
