Well Id like to see were that was specifically stated. I know it's been pretty well gone over on this board from tony and others when we in Mesa that this is not owned by Tom and he was only a partner with them. You can try and make a claim but I don't think you will have much luck.We only owned 33% of Mesa and had small percentages in other jobs . I dont recall him saying he owned it .
