You cant sue anyone all these releases have the general forward looking clauses and they are always worded as expecting , hopefull etc. Sorry your out of luck on that one, besides why would you invest on a news release??? in the first place.If i buy a spec stock I analyze it and based on what I want to put in if i figure there's a 25% chance of success I might gamble a bit. But thats just me , that way if i lose I knew it was a long shot going in.
