It always depends on the shareholder sentiment. If they feel that the company has decreased the number of shares to go to a higher level on the exchange...pps would possibly go up.

If the shareholders feel that the company is getting ready to dilute more....definitely down.

In this particular case, history dictates that when it hits bottom, .0001, they do a R/S until it finds a new bottom and repeat the process.

Every time they do a R/S it refills their share storage and they go again.

20,000,000,000 is a lot of shares. Go to the pink sheets site and compare to other fairly large share structures like GTLA, or SYNJ.
