NFEC Gorilla I talked to Richard Hull. He definitely made it clear that a private placement could happen, but he also made a point to say that the phone is "ringing off the hook" from investment banks wanting to invest money in the company, and that the company has the luxury of being picky and waiting for the right opportunity.

It's certainly not a stock that I would buy on margin right now, because you never now, but as far as making an investment, I'm not too concerned. The CEO owns more than 60% of the company, he's going to take care of himself. Moreover, the company has strong cash flow and plenty of cash on hand to operate, so there's no urgency. It's just a question of taking advantage of opportunities to further accelerate growth. With all these reports coming out on projects they've secured, I'm pretty confident that their 4Q report is going to beat significantly. Betting on the timing of a placement, my bet is that if it eventually happens it will happen at a higher price from where we are right now. After all, just a few months ago the stock was sniffing at $7.

Anyway, what did the other people who talked to IR hear?
