OK...I have not done any DD on this guy "Starke" so I dont know his connections or level of knowlege regarding this case or BK issues for that matter, but when I read that article and read the comment about commons not getting anything from settlement, I immediately felt the same way I do when when the MM's try to shake people out of their shares...(AND THAT FEELING IS THAT IM NOT TO WORRIED) Seriously...In my opinion this article is confirmation that settlement is on its way and soon.
