Thats a REAL biotech with a serious chance at a major drug - there's only been a FEW instances where the initial volume SPIKE wasnt the near term high - HSI is one of the few exceptions. With nearly 99% accuracy you can bring up any bio that popped huge on volume and % - and the top will be marked within a day or so of that - many its a major multi month/year (all time) high.

But you can't point to the exception and try to prove (or disprove) the rule with it.
