Zenergy IR (who Luiten says speaks for him) said the purchase was with Restricted Shares and that all issued shares must by the TA.

The TA, after the announced completion, shows no new shares issued. SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE!

The PR contradicts Luiten. Is there some twist of words that work here? Even the Greenlight people said they were to be shareholders in that PR.
