Take Greenlight, for example. The plant will be operable in short order, and at a substantial capacity.

Not only that, as you already know one of the PRs announced that ZENG plans to purchase multiple other plants. It can be safely said that their plan is underway at this point.

So they are following their plan on the one hand, and developing it on the other.
