Not first come, first served I guess.
I couldn't resist playing a little. Sold 2/5 of my position at x and ordered a buy in at x - .09 with the proceeds to increase my position. Order partially filled at the first dip down to x - .09 and then went back up. Dropped back down to x - .09 again, but the order never filled.
