China Growth Stocks

CHGY CSP know your not fan of chgy but with earnings potential of .70 in 2010 might be the most underpriced small cap Chinese coal stock. Bid .83 ask .85

With q4 first full qtr of operation, and earnings coming out next month, might be good time to buy. I own shares and still buying before the earnings rep. (I'm on the bid at .83.

Earning Estimation
Q4 will be the 1st full Q operation. Going forward, the company will operate at full operation. We did not take into consideration of freight chage. After the freight chage is factored into, the estimate numbers are listed below:

Net Earning per Q from coal group: $18 million USD annually ($1.5 million net income per month)
Net Earning or Loss from Heat/Power: -$3 million USD
Total Net Earning: $15 million USD.

The company plans to use 25 million shares to purchase anoth company of over 1 million tons fo capacity. The earning from this potential acquisition may be $19 million USD.

If the share price is over $1, the stock option is in money. The total share count will be 50 million shares.

So total potential earning will be $15 million USD to $34 million USD range.

The potential earning per share: 30 cents (without acquisition) - 68 cents (with acquisition)

Just remember that as a shareholder, you also own part of those 25 million shares owned by CHGY. When you buy a share of CHGY, you actually get extra 1 share, so you own 2 shares.
