NFEC- they had 2.7M in positive cash flow from ops. last quarter. I wouldn't think think they have a problem (at least fiscally) paying a 200k lawsuit caused by the former CEO. Even though the current CEO may not have caused the problem, the company will probably have to pay up in the end.
Certainly not a reason to avoid the stock IMO, but some will see it differently I suppose, and I respect that also.
